Can you ship to state X?

I can ship to all 50 US states, however I cannot ship to you directly. You will need find a local FFL dealer in your city to accept the delivery. There is typically a minimal charge for this service. To find an FFL in your city, click here.

Do you collect sales tax?

Anyone who purchases within the State of Texas are required to pay sales tax. If Tax Exempt, proper Texas Sales Tax Exemption documentation is required.

Are background checks required?

Yes, all guns sold require a Federal Firearms Form 4473 and a background check will be run.

If I order a gun and when it comes in I don’t like it or if I don’t pass a background check what happens?

You will be refunded your money less $50.00 to cover the background check fee and return shipping.
